Yes, I mentioned Florida events, because our Sister Cities to the South are just a short commute away.  It is only 35 minutes to downtown Jacksonville and Fernandina is even closer.

Now for the Sportsman there are the Jacksonville Jaguars, Regular fishing contests, and really anything you would want form a big city without living in one.  Many people call us the latest growing suburb of Jacksonville Florida which is the Largest City in the US.  

So you can even live in the Kingsland / St Marys Georgia area and commute to Jacksonville Florida for daily work.  With the way I-95, I-295, and 9A run into the area you can really get to wherever you want without the headache of rush hour traffic.  So convenience of small town Kingsland Georgia to call home with the Power house jobs of a large city along with the low cost of living area, lower taxes, and lower Real Estate prices.  To call Kingsland Georgia Home is sincerely in my opinion a smarter, safer, and better place to raise your family. 

To back that up I lived in Jacksonville Florida 15 years before discovering Camden County Georgia.  I commuted for a year to work while stationed at Naval Station Mayport Florida, transferred to teach Leadership here at Kingsbay Naval Sub Base and then retired from the United States Navy.  Upon retiring I decided to call Kingsland home, it was the best place I had ever lived and that was after being an Air Force Brat and doing 20 Years in the Navy.  To top it all off my wife commutes daily to her job in Jacksonville.  I am very proud to call Kingsland Georgia home.
