Welcome to Naval Sub Base Kings Bay! I am ETCS(ret) Banks W. Van Pelt III. I spent the final 4 years of my military career teaching leadership classes at Kingsbay and retired in 2006. I found it to be the best duty station in my entire career for raising a family, because of the location, schools, and community.
